Tracking Donation Progress

You can track a fundraiser two ways: the public landing page shows a live progress bar with the amount raised toward your goal and a running donation count, while the fundraiser's dashboard adds a total-donations chart, a supporter breakdown, donation trends over time, and a searchable list of every individual donation. Both update as new gifts come in.

What does the progress bar show?

The progress bar at the top of the fundraiser's public page shows the amount raised, formatted as "$4,200 raised." If you set a goal, it also shows the goal ("$10,000 goal") and fills the bar toward it. If you didn't set a goal, the page simply shows the amount raised on its own, with no bar. Just below it, a donation count ("87 donations made") reflects how many gifts have been received.

Where do I see totals and donor activity?

Open the fundraiser from your dashboard to see its reporting:

  • Total donations — a chart of the total amount raised.
  • Total supporters — a count of unique supporters, broken down by where they gave: the donation page versus an event page. This tells you which channel is driving support.
  • Donation trends — donation activity charted over time, so you can spot which months or pushes performed best.

Can I see each individual donation?

Yes. The fundraiser's donation table lists every gift with:

  • Donation time — the date and time it was received.
  • Name and email of the donor (select the email to copy it).
  • Display name — the name shown on the donor wall, or "Anonymous" if the donor opted out.
  • Donation source — whether it came through the donation page or an event page.
  • Amount and the payment method used.

Use the search box to find a specific donation, and use Export to download the donations as a spreadsheet for your records.
