Admittee Pricing & Fees
Admittee fees cover everything — credit card processing, platform tools, and support — with no hidden charges or extra accounts required.
Your Plan

- Standard — $0/month. Includes up to 3 facilities, a shared event calendar, event scheduling and approvals, payments and payouts, and conflict detection.
- Admittee Pro — $50/month. Includes everything in Standard, plus unlimited facilities, unlimited sub-facilities, the ability to split facilities into multiple sections, double-booking prevention, and priority support.
Your current plan is shown in Account & Settings → Plan & Fees.
How Transaction Fees Work
Fees are calculated per item at checkout. Each item incurs a percentage fee plus a fixed fee. The exact rates depend on the item type (tickets, passes, memberships, concessions, etc.) and whether the sale is online or at a point of sale.
Default rates (applied unless your institution has custom rates):
| Item type | Online |
|---|---|
| Tickets | 5% + $0.50 per ticket |
| Passes & memberships | 5% + $1.50 per pass |
| Concessions (online) | 4% + $0.40 per item |
| Fundraising | 5% + $0.50 per item |
Point-of-sale rates differ from online rates. Your actual rates are shown in Account & Settings → Plan & Fees.
Processing Fee Options
For each event, you choose how the processing fee is handled:
- Buyer chooses at checkout — A checkbox at checkout lets buyers opt in to covering the fee.
- Buyer always pays fees — The fee is added as a separate line item at checkout.
- We absorb fees — The fee is covered by your institution.
Free transactions (tickets priced at $0) are not charged fees.
