Adding a Facility
Register a new facility by opening the creation form, entering facility details and address, optionally configuring rules and rental rates, then saving your facility to make it available for bookings.
Adding a Facility
You can register a new facility in the system to make it available for bookings and rental management.
Open the Create Facility form
- Navigate to your facility management section
- Select the option to add a new facility
- A form will open where you can enter facility details
Fill in facility information
Provide the following information about your facility:
- Name — The facility's official name
- Address — Full address including street, city, state, and zip code
- Contact details — Phone number and email for the facility
- Description — Brief overview of the facility's features and capacity
Configure facility rules (optional)
You can set up rules that apply to your facility:
- In the facility form, locate the rules section
- Add rules by specifying what restrictions or requirements apply
- Rules help manage how the facility can be booked and used
Set rental rates (if applicable)
If you offer rentals:
- Define your hourly or daily rate structure
- Specify rates per rental class or time period
- You can configure different rates for different times of day or seasons
Add subfacilities (optional)
If your facility has multiple spaces or areas:
- Add each subfacility (for example, different rooms or fields)
- Assign specific rates to each subfacility if they differ
- This lets renters book specific areas within your larger facility
Save your facility
Once you've entered all required information:
- Review the facility details for accuracy
- Click the save or create button
- Your facility is now registered and available for scheduling
Next steps
After creating your facility, you can:
- Edit facility details or rules at any time
- Set up availability calendars
- Configure rental deposits and payment terms
- Manage subfacility assignments and rates
